SCIENCE TEACHER - AUGUST 2026

Physics or Chemistry up to Key Stage 4 (Year 10)

Applications are invited for a well qualified, experienced and successful teacher who is able to work across the age range form KS1 to KS4. Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s Degree same as teaching subject (UK-recognised)
• Certificate of Education, Master s of Education or Qualified Teacher Status
• A minimum of five years relevant teaching experience
• An excellent working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
• Knowledge of statutory curriculum, assessment, recording and reporting requirements
• A proven track record of effective teaching
• Knowledge of strategies for raising student attainment
