This job is open to: Passport holders from the USA / Canada / UK New graduates (newly qualified teachers) are welcome to apply. Unqualified teachers are also welcome but the salary will be lower. Teacher Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Education or in a relevant subject area • Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent) preferable • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in international or bilingual schools, but less will be considered • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) • Experience with international curricula (American, British, IB, or Cambridge) is highly preferred • Strong classroom management and student engagement skills • Ability to use modern, student-centered and inquiry-based teaching methods • Ability to deliver the American curriculum using engaging, student-centered approaches • Effective classroom management and lesson planning skills • Commitment to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and student engagement • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues • Adaptability and cultural awareness within a diverse, international environment Benefits include: Monthly tax free salary starting from KD773 Free single accommodation Paid utility bills Annual flights Medical insurance Baggage allowance Benefits for dependents: flight and medical insurance for 2 dependents and 2 free school places Choosing to live in Kuwait offers a unique balance of professional reward and cultural depth, where a tax-free salary and strong career prospects are matched by a close-knit, welcoming community.
