On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale sales performance across key markets. About the Role The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing sales operations across multiple MENA countries. This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates based within the MENA region, with occasional regional travel as required. The ideal candidate brings strong regional exposure, leadership experience, and a proven track record in building high-performing sales teams across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the holding company’s growth objectives• Lead, mentor, and manage country-level sales teams across the MENA region• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives• Set and monitor regional sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy• Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive leadership• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure commercial alignment• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance standards across markets Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)• 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role• Proven experience managing multi-country sales operations within MENA• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and commercial management skills• Experience within diversified groups, FMCG, distribution, industrial, or related sectors is preferred• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while leading distributed teams• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage Job Details• Employment Type: Full-Time• Work Mode: Remote• Region: MENA (candidate must be based in the region)• Travel: Periodic regional travel required This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional looking to shape regional growth within a dynamic and diversified holding structure.
