We are looking to engage a Gaming / Game Mechanics Advisor in an advisory capacity.

This role will support the product and leadership team with strategic guidance on game mechanics, user experience, and long-term engagement design. The project is a global, consumer-facing, AI-powered application for a major IP partner.

Gaming mechanics and systems design User experience and end-to-end user journey Long-term engagement, retention, and progression strategy

What We’re Looking For

Experience delivering consumer-facing gaming applications with recurring users Strong understanding of:

> Levelling and progression systems

> Leaderboards and competitive mechanics

> In-app incentives, rewards, and motivation loops

Proven ability to advise on user retention strategies, engagement curves, and habit-forming mechanics Experience shaping an extended product roadmap, including:

> Future feature pathways

> Long-term evolution of game system

> Sustainable engagement beyond initial launch

Role Structure

Advisory role (flexible engagement) hour can vary week to week. Not a fixed contract or day-to-day delivery position Strategic input on mechanics, UX decisions, and long-term game roadmap Collaboration with product, design, and leadership teams as needed
