Minimum Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering or Business discipline Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in an enterprise ICT environment At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in ICT or enterprise strategy management Strong expertise in corporate strategic architecture planning and execution Oil & Gas industry experience is considered a strong asset Relevant professional certifications and/or significant ICT experience in the Oil & Gas sector are desirable Proven ability to operate independently using mature judgment in planning and execution Strong commitment to quality, governance, and continuous improvement Excellent people management, problem-solving, negotiation, persuasion, and decision-making skills Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and nationalities
