Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service aligned with the resort's standards of luxury and excellence. Day-to-day tasks may include planning, executing, and managing relevant responsibilities based on the requirements of the specific job title. The role requires seamless collaboration with team members, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and ensuring the highest standards in all aspects of hospitality.
Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to interact effectively with colleagues and guests. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and maintain high-quality service. Problem-solving and customer service skills to address guest inquiries and ensure satisfaction. Professionalism, knowledge of hospitality operations, and attention to detail. Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment in Doha. Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is highly valued. Relevant certifications or a degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is an advantage.
