Role Description This is a full-time on-site Barista role based in Kuwait City. The Barista will manage daily operations of the coffee bar, including preparing and serving high-quality beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting workspace. They will also engage with guests to provide recommendations and foster a welcoming experience, while contributing to the overall atmosphere of The Cigar Den.
Qualifications Barista and Food Preparation skills to accurately prepare and serve coffee and snacks with a consistent level of quality. Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with guests and create an enjoyable experience. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to foster relationships and contribute to an inviting and community-driven space. Ability to handle busy environments while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring cleanliness and organization. Prior experience in a hospitality or café setting is a plus.
