The ideal candidate for this position will excel at managing and improving operational workflows across sales, logistics, and service teams. This person will use their experience in operations and process management to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional customer satisfaction across all aspects of BNK Tech’s business. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and support the General Manager in executing business objectives. Manage order processing, inventory control, product deliveries, and after-sales service coordination. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow efficiency. Supervise and mentor staff across multiple departments. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and installation of products. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports. Identify areas for improvement and propose strategic solutions to enhance performance. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and brand requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.5+ years of experience in operations or business support, preferably within the luxury retail, electronics, or home automation sector. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
