Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Paint & Hardware Technical Salesman located in Rai. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing expert advice on paint and hardware products. Daily responsibilities include generating sales, managing client accounts, providing technical support, and delivering training on product usage as needed. Promoting company products, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales with the ability to identify customer requirements and offer tailored solutions. Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Experience in providing Training and technical product demonstrations to customers. Knowledge of paint and hardware products is an advantage. Results-driven and target-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively in an onsite team environment. Previous experience in a similar role within the construction materials or related industry is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field is beneficial.
