We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and meticulous professional who enjoys leading, motivating and driving the team of a Modern Brasserie, to deliver the finest of the old world Grand Café with a creative twist.

This modern brasserie concept fuses the classical beauty and technique of a French Brasserie with modern, innovative thinking. The restaurant is about the freedom to adapt, to play and to be inspired by classicism and urbanism at once. We want this offering to be inspired by female chefs and the energetic food culture of Kuwait. This is a wonderful symbol of change – out of the box thinking that can take a traditional brasserie to the next level.

This position requires hands-on leadership with strong people management, capable of teaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team in a high volume, upscale restaurant. Ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation, while guaranteeing the delivery of the restaurants operational strategies and standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel or standalone restaurant experience in the following areas:

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in similar luxury hotels or high-end dining operations Creativity and out of the box thinking is a must A relentless and infectious passion for food trends and restaurants concept Someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set that drives quality An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skill A sound pre-opening experience in standalone restaurants or large hotel operations would be advantageous
