Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Kuwait City. Responsibilities include promoting and selling the company's electromechanical products and solutions and providing technical support to clients. The role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing proposals, conducting technical presentations, and identifying and addressing customer needs. The Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with the engineering and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications Proven skills in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to understand client needs and provide custom electromechanical solutions. Strong Communication skills to effectively present technical information to clients and liaise with internal teams. Experience in managing Sales and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to provide Technical Support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with technical solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in the engineering or electromechanical industry in the GCC region is a plus.
