Primary Job Purpose: ▪ Strive to achieve the sales targets given by the managers. ▪ Setting appointments with potential clients and schedule meets with potential clients regarding product sales and promotions. ▪ Make sales calls to existing and new customers. ▪ Visit Co-operatives, Corporate customers and Ministries on daily basis. ▪ Maintain an inventory of sales materials and supplies, such as brochures, promotional items and samples and ensure to maintain inventory records of these materials.▪ Contributes to the sales team by meeting deadlines and goals and travels to meet with potential clients.▪ Maintain a database of customer demographics and historical sales records as per the customer group, product and others.▪ Provide weekly/monthly reports of meetings conducted and the details of date and time of conducting the meetings.▪ Meets with people in other departments to help promote the product.▪ Be and appear with proper attire before clients and be presentable for meetings.▪ Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.▪ Attend all the calls received from customers and resolves any queries /complaints pertaining to the products.▪ Participate in team meetings on periodic basis to review the performance, progress, and targets achieved. ▪ Adjusts hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload within the department.▪ Comply with Company’s by-laws, code of conduct and policies and procedures and amendments thereto. ▪ Abide by the authorities granted to the position and achieve the KPIs if any, assigned to the position. ▪ Perform any other relevant job roles and responsibilities assigned by the next in-line supervising authority or head of the department from time to time, in addition to/in substitution of the existing roles. Skills:▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with the staff.▪ Strong knowledge of the product, latest trends in the industry and knowledge in Office and system applications.▪ Problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.▪Outstanding interpersonal relationship building ▪Excellent organizational management skills▪Time management skills, Attention to details▪Ability to handle pressure and stress▪Article 18 residency only Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Experience:2 – 4 years of experience in the marketing field
