Responsibilities Implement Dev Sec Ops practice across the SDLC, integrating security tools into automation pipelines. Deploy and secure workloads on Container Management Platform. Install, configure, upgrade, and operate Red Hat Open Shift clusters. Manage cluster lifecycle, node health, capacity planning, and performance optimization. Design and maintain multi-tenant environments with proper isolation and governance. Troubleshoot complex platform issues across control plane, networking, storage, and workloads. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Argo CD, Tekton Enable Git Ops practices for application and platform deployments. Automate build, test, deployment, and rollback processes. Integrate CI/CD pipelines with Open Shift security and policy controls. Enforce cluster security best practices (RBAC, SCC, network policies, secrets management). Integrate with enterprise security tools such as:Vault for secrets management Prisma / container security platforms Manage authentication and authorization (AD/LDAP, OAuth, SSO). Support vulnerability scanning, image signing, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to align platform architecture. Implement and manage observability tools:Prometheus, Alert manager, Grafana, EFK/Loki Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in Dev Sec Ops, Open Shift administration, and CI/CD pipeline management. Strong knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud-native security practices. Hands-on experience with Git Ops, automation frameworks, and observability tools. Familiarity with enterprise security integrations (Vault, Prisma, AD/LDAP, OAuth). Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
