Company Description Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:o Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for Leisure and Corporate MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segments.o Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and partnerships.o Drive revenue growth by targeting key industries and corporates for MICE opportunities.2. Client Relationship Management:o Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.o Conduct regular client meetings to understand requirements and deliver customized travel and event solutions.o Provide end-to-end support, including destination recommendations, itinerary planning, and budget optimization.3. Destination Expertise:o Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of leisure and MICE destinations in USA, Europe, and the Far East.o Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination developments, and competitive offerings.4. Market Analysis and Reporting:o Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Leisure and MICE segments.o Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.o Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.5. Event Coordination and Execution:o Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events and travel programs.o Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and venue arrangements.o Address and resolve client queries or challenges during project execution. Qualifications and Skills:•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.•Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, specifically in Leisure and Corporate MICE.•Strong knowledge of USA, Europe, and Far East destinations, including key attractions and logistical requirements.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management.•Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in project execution.
