Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Barista located in Kuwait City. The Head Barista will oversee daily operations within the coffee bar, ensuring excellence in beverage preparation, food presentation, and customer service. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, managing inventory, training and mentoring junior baristas, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional service to customers while fostering a welcoming environment.
Qualifications Strong Barista skills with experience in preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with customers. Proficiency in Customer Service, delivering a positive and welcoming experience for guests. Competencies in Food Preparation to manage and oversee food offerings and maintain hygiene standards. Leadership and team management experience are highly desirable. Passion for coffee culture and knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic needs.
