On behalf of one of our partner organizations, we are recruiting for the role of Senior Finance Manager. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving financial strategy, overseeing financial performance, and supporting senior management with strategic insights. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance and enabling sustainable business growth within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making and effective resource allocation. Oversee the annual budgeting process in close collaboration with department heads. Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly forecasts, tracking performance against budget and providing actionable insights. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare executive-level management reports and presentations highlighting key financial metrics and trends. Provide strategic financial guidance to support business initiatives, investments, and growth strategies. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency. Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies in line with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and address audit findings. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).8–10 years of progressive experience in finance management or corporate finance, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
