Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Shuwaikh. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including managing shipping and receiving processes, supervising material handling, and ensuring inventory control. The role includes organizing warehouse workflows, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, and utilizing equipment, such as forklifts, efficiently to meet operational goals. Collaboration with team members to ensure seamless warehouse activities is a key part of this position.
Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and train warehouse staff effectively. Experience in Shipping & Receiving and expertise in Material Handling techniques. Proficiency in Inventory Control to maintain accurate records and ensure stock availability. Capability in Forklift Operation, with adherence to safety and efficiency standards. Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Experience in warehouse operations and knowledge of relevant safety guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus. Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
