Brand Manager

Job Purpose: As the Brand Manager at Gastronomica-ME, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our brand identity and driving marketing initiatives across our various restaurant concepts. This role demands a seasoned marketing professional with strong business acumen and a creative flair, capable of developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility, sales, and digital presence.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creative development of brand assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach.
  • Lead crisis management efforts to protect the brand's reputation.
  • Conduct regular brand performance reviews and report to Marketing Director
  • Champion a culture of brand excellence across the organization.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the team.
  • Lead brand-related innovation and product development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Creating and maintaining a strong brand identity that resonates with target audiences.
  • Developing brand messaging that reflects the company’s values and mission.

Qualifications:
