Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Cable Sales . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales & Marketing, Technical, Forward Sales and project management with a focus on cables. You will play a critical role in driving sales, negotiating deals, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects while building lasting relationships with manufacturer, clients, contractors, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key accountant management with contractors & client
- Extensive client visits and understand the project requirements and competitor analysis
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial offers for clients.
- Negotiate and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions that meet client and company objectives.
- Manage order handling, ensuring timely delivery and documents.
- Analyze sales data and costs to optimize pricing and increase profitability.
- Manage and discuss weekly/monthly performance reports with your team to track sales targets and progress.
- Prepare regular reports to MD on project and sales performance.
- Ensure sales targets are met consistently and within deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, including LME pricing and other factors influencing the cable market.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
•6-8 years of experience in cable sales, with expertise in low-voltage systems (cables, lighting, and earthing).
•Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
•Must have a valid Kuwait driving license and available in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
