  • Improve the market position and achieve the company’s financial growth in line with business growth targets.
  • Explore the potential market, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate and close the deals to attain the organization's financial goals.
  • Have extensive knowledge of the current market conditions and be responsible for maintaining the cooperate identity and customer relations.
  • Recommend and develop new business strategies for the market, researching the products and how to advertise them, building relationships with new clients, planning approach market deals, and providing feedback on industry trends.
  • Ensure on-shelf visibility according to the annual agreement, maintain ad-hoc and off-shelf displays as per contracts and calendars, and create impactful off-shelf displays.
  • Ensure the product has the right price per the account price list.
  • Maintain SOS as per the target, and work with the team to achieve the target.
  • Ensure availability of new SKUs on the shelf upon listing
  • Display products as per launch guidelines and use relevant POS during the launch period.
  • Provide feedback in case of innovative products in terms of offtake, consumer comments, quality, etc.
  • Support implementation planograms with photographs.
  • Report variances and visibility contracts to the account handler/supervisor for further action.
