JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidates with 10 + years’ experience in IT Infrastructure as IT Head

• Overseeing IT operations and evaluating them according to established goals

• Devising and establishing IT policies to support the implementation of strategies set by management

• Analysing business requirements of all the departments to determine their technology needs

• Recommend efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software

• Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency

• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and cybersecurity to whole network

• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

• Audit systems and assess their outcomes

• Preserve assets, information security and control structures

• Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions

• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

• Manage IT staff by training, communicating job expectations, guiding, and appraising their performance
