Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our client's team, a prestigious Luxury 5-Star Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the hotel's presence in the luxury market. You will lead a passionate sales team, establish and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, and actively seek new business opportunities to ensure the hotel's continued success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and maintaining client relationships
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Build and nurture relationships with luxury travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management presentations
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field in a Sales Manager position
- Previous/current Experience with 5-star Hotels for Rooms Sales & Venues
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Open to relocation to Saudi Arabia
