Job Description:
As a Market Research Specialist based in Kuwait, you will be responsible for identifying and researching Kuwaiti companies that could benefit from Rushmore’s services in Jordan. Your primary role will be to gather and analyze market data, generate leads, and facilitate business development opportunities. You will work closely with Rushmore’s team to support strategic planning and help drive growth in the Kuwaiti market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential Kuwaiti companies that align with Rushmore’s services.
- Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape in Kuwait.
- Compile and present market insights and recommendations to the Rushmore team.
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and maintain a list of prospective leads through various channels, including online directories, industry events, and business databases.
- Qualify leads based on their potential interest and suitability for Rushmore’s services.
- Outreach and Communication:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through email, phone, and social media to introduce Rushmore’s offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls to further discuss business opportunities and partnerships.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in Kuwaiti companies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and follow-ups.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all research, leads, communications, and interactions.
- Provide regular reports on progress, lead status, and market findings.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Rushmore’s internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback to support strategic decision-making and business development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in market research or business development are a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in market research, business development, or sales, preferably with a focus on the Kuwaiti or Middle Eastern market.
- Skills:
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to generate leads and build professional relationships.
- Familiarity with Kuwaiti business culture and practices.
- Proficiency in using market research tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
