CRM Specialist

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our team and lead efforts to optimize our customer relationship management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM systems, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and analyzing customer data to enhance engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Oversee the configuration and customization of the CRM platform to meet business needs.

Campaign Execution:

Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns through the CRM, including email, SMS, and other digital channels.

Segment customer data to personalize communication and improve campaign effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze customer data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Generate reports on key metrics, such as customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Customer Journey Enhancement:

Map and optimize customer journeys to improve the overall customer experience and drive engagement.

Implement strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices to enhance CRM processes.

Test and implement new features and technologies to improve CRM efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Insider, MoEngage).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.

Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization strategies.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
