Purpose and Scope of the Job

Under direct supervision, assists in monitoring and collecting data on system performance. Designs and implements functional and cost-efficient IT systems. Collaborates with departments and teams in the planning, design development, testing, training and implementation of the related software systems to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiencies. Works closely with the departments, and co-workers to identify and solve problems and ensure the optimum operation of all related systems.
