Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media and Content Creator at Hanan Dashti Company in Kuwait City. The role involves creating social media content, managing communication strategies, implementing social media marketing campaigns, writing engaging content, and optimizing social media presence.

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, You tube, etc.).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages; respond promptly to inquiries and engage with our audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets, optimizing for performance and return on investment.
• Assist in developing a content calendar and ensuring timely posting and engagement.
• Work with graphic designers and content creators to ensure high-quality visuals and messaging.
• Foster relationships with influencers and industry partners to amplify our social media reach.

Qualifications

• Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Writing skills for engaging content
• Social Media Optimization (SMO) knowledge
• Experience in beauty or fashion industry is a plus
• Basic graphic design skills (familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
