Reports To: Managing Director
Job Summary: A brand manager is responsible for developing a brand's overall strategy that aligns with the company's goals. This includes creating, identifying the target audience and setting pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Technical and Functional support includes SQL, PLSQL and Fast Formulas.
· Develop, design, update, enhance PLSQL packages on custom standard facilitate requirements.
· Experience in implementing Core HR HRSSA E-Business suite consolidation v12 or higher.
· Knowledge and implementation experience in Recruitment, learning management and performance management.
· Manage Create and Maintain APIs and integration from Oracle E-Business suite to external systems.
· Gap analysis and requirements optimization for HR core modules.
· Designed, Develop and Manage Core HR HRSSA web services and exposing APIs.
· Develop detailed functional and technical specification for Core HR over SIT and EIT standards.
· Solid experience in payroll and elements.
· Experience in Personalization and User book.
· XML reports, design, build, enhance and rectify.
· Knowledge and experience in Position, Job, Organization changes through backend staging tables.
· Solid knowledge in concurrent programs.
· Solid experience in Absences and functions
Skills
Candidate Profile:
· Technical Expertise: - Proficiency in Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, OTL, etc.). - Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud HCM. - Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management. - Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Workflow.
· Functional Knowledge: - Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience in configuring and implementing Oracle HRMS solutions. - Ability to conduct requirements analysis and process mapping. - Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
· Problem-Solving Skills: - Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and resolving issues. - Ability to provide innovative solutions to enhance system functionality.
· Certifications and Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Oracle HRMS certification(s) preferred.
