HR Senior Officer & Employee Relations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in employee relation, performance management and talent acquisition for the AI field. As a Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent in the field of artificial intelligence., develop action plans for current staff members, work on performance traits for better performance analysis, HRIS system oriented to be able to extract important reports. 

Responsibilities:

Employee Orientation: Conduct employee orientation sessions for new hires after running the automation on boarding process, providing them with an overview of the company's mission, values, culture, policies, and benefits. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and facilitate the integration of new employees into the organization.

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top AI talent. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and AI-specific platforms, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Build a strong pipeline of qualified AI professionals.

Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Utilize technical interviews, coding exercises, and AI-specific assessments to identify the most suitable candidates.

Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand in the AI/Software field. Develop compelling job descriptions, create engaging content, and leverage social media and industry events to promote the company as an employer of choice for AI professionals.

Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with AI professionals, universities, research institutions, and AI communities to establish a strong network and referral base. Attend relevant industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest AI trends and developments.

Collaboration and Coordination: Partner with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to facilitate a seamless recruitment process. Provide guidance and expertise on AI recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate evaluation.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively, provide timely feedback, and address candidate inquiries promptly.

Metrics and Reporting: Track HR / recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on key performance indicators. Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant training and/or certifications as HR practitioner or an Employee Relations SpecialistProven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably knowledge in AI field, with a focus on technical roles.Proven work experience as an Employee Relations / performance management or similar roleDemonstrated knowledge of employment lawExceptional written and verbal communicationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailExperience in conducting technical interviews.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple HR functions.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
