Sales Operations Manager

Bacha Convertec - Lebanon - Beirut
Sales Operations Manager for a company that manufactures protective, corrugated, folding carton, biodegradable packaging, and tape.

Location: Kfarchima, Lebanon

Responsibilities:

1. Sales management and reporting
• Collaborate with senior management to execute the sales plans.
• Manage a team of sales professionals.
• Supervise the following functions: Partners Sales, Packaging Sales, and Cash Van Sales.
• Provide coaching to team members.
• Identify opportunities for growth and sales processes improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of sales goals and provide guidance to the sales team.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to Management.

2. Sales operations
• Act as the first point of contact for all company touch points with clients.
• Manage incoming requests from clients, consolidate requests from the sales team and update status of requests to concerned parties.
• Manage and update customer databases / CRM in collaboration with sales team with completeness and accuracy of each client address, segment, business type, etc.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and order details.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements with clients.
• Confirm orders with clients and schedule and coordinate delivery with warehousing and logistics.
• Execute sales order on the system.
• Maintain log of all sales on CRM tool and update it daily with the help of the sales team
• Coordinate, on a weekly basis, with Logistics and accounting teams for delivery, invoicing and payments
• Follow-up on the delivery of orders internally to ensure smooth process and timely delivery to clients.
• Follow up and collect receivables and payments as needed with close coordination with the accounting department.

3. Client management
• Act as the first point of contact for clients
• Manage client relationship and implement client nurturing initiatives.
• Build customer loyalty by following up on customers’ needs and issues on a periodic basis.
• Discuss client needs, queries and complaints with Management and implement agreed upon corrective actions.

4. Sales growth
• Develop and implement sales growth strategies with the sales team
• Provide customers with information regarding new offers and products.
• Investigate and generate new sales leads, and sales opportunities
• Generate new leads and pursue new client opportunities to achieve sales targets

Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management roles, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing and sales software and tools.
• A track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
