Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, highly qualified Full-Time Verbal Trainer to deliver dynamic test preparation classes for SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, and IELTS. In this role, you will guide cohort groups of 10 to 15 students, using proven instructional strategies to boost student test scores, build verbal mastery, and strengthen international college applications. Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Delivery: Teach dynamic, interactive verbal preparation classes for SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, and IELTS adhering to core instructional strategies and classroom management techniques.
• Student Mentorship: Maintain a safe, structured, and high-expectation learning environment for student cohorts ranging from 10 to 15 students.
• Progress Monitoring: Track individual student performance, record class attendance, and submit detailed homework evaluation notes.
• Quality Assurance: Serve as an active participant in academic feedback loops and ongoing quality control reviews.
• Course Flexibility: Maintain the ability to teach multiple class schedules and cohorts as required.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree in English Language Teaching (ELT/TESOL) is strictly required.
• Certification: Complete internal instructor training programs and pass SAT/ACT practice diagnostic tests.
• Experience: Previous experience working with high school students in a teaching, coaching, or mentoring capacity.
• Knowledge Base: Familiarity with standardized test structures (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, IELTS) is a strong plus.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and start upon assignment.
