Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Qurain. The Service Engineer will handle installation, configuration, and commissioning of analytical equipment and related systems. Daily responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and carrying out repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance. The role also involves providing field service visits, documenting service activities, and delivering technical support to clients through clear, professional communication. The Service Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to resolve complex issues, support continuous improvement, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Experience in field service operations, including on-site installations and service calls. Proficiency in technical support, including remote and on-site assistance for analytical systems. Hands-on experience with maintenance & repair of instrumentation or related equipment. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and technology partners. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, instrumentation, or a related technical field. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and service manuals. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple service tasks. Willingness to work on-site in Qurain and travel to client locations as required. Previous experience in analytical or laboratory equipment service is an advantage.
