• Lead and manage the overall Project Controls function.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
• Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, and budget.
• Review project programmes, forecasts, and progress reports.
• Provide management with performance analysis and early-warning indicators.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Develop and implement project controls procedures and standards.
• Lead and mentor the Project Controls team.
• 20+ years of Project Controls experience within a contracting/construction firm.
• Recent GCC experience
• Previous experience as Project Controls Director / Head of Project Controls.
