Professional Skills and Competencies:

• Practical experience in firefighting and conventional fire prevention methods.
• Technical skills in dealing with different types of fires, understanding their causes, and selecting appropriate firefighting methods and equipment.
• Technical ability to identify suitable firefighting systems, equipment, and components for different types of fire hazards.
• Good knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems and requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of emergency planning, evacuation plans, and facility protection procedures.
• Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems and ISO 14001 requirements and implementation practices.
• Good knowledge of quality standards, particularly Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems under ISO 45001.
• Strong communication skills to support the team in maintaining quality standards and meeting applicable requirements.
• Ability to participate in implementation assessments and compare actual practices against established quality standards.
• Ability to document, explain, and communicate information, prepare incident/status reports, and clearly document facts and observations.

• Ability to work effectively as part of the company team, perform duties efficiently, and safeguard company property and confidential information.
• Good knowledge of the company’s business operations, with strong observation and anticipation skills.

Technological Skills:

• Good knowledge of the technological systems and applications used within the company.

• Ability to use digital tools for reporting, documentation, communication, and emergency records.

Languages:

• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualifications:

Higher Education Diploma in Fire Science / Firefighting.

Specialized and certified training in Civil Defense and Firefighting.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in the firefighting field.
