Welder is responsible to lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components using knowledge of welding techniques, while ensuring compliance to safety and HSE guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Correctly join, fabricate, and repair various metal components using appropriate welding equipment and rods
Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine appropriate welding
Use a disc grinder to smooth out, weld, or grind parts prior to welding
Ensure work is done as per the schedule
Observe tests on welded surfaces, such as hydrostatic, x-ray, and dimension tolerance to evaluate weld quality and conformance to specifications
Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring the availability of required items
Ensure adherence to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures, instructions, and controls Ensure workspace is within the company’s Good manufacturing practice(GMP) and 5S standards Follow hygiene and uniform requirement as per company policy and standards Report to the manager or supervisor on any possible problem or hazard present in the working area.

طلب المعدات والإمدادات لغرض الحفاظ على المخزون وضمان توافر المواد المطلوبة
التأكد من الالتزام بجميع إجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة المعمول بها والتعليمات والضوابط ضمن بيئة عمل متوافقة مع ممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP) ومعايير 5S في الشركة اتباع متطلبات النظافة والزي الرسمي وفق سياسة ومعايير الشركة الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو مخاطر محتملة موجودة في منطقة العمل.
