Position Title: Corporate HSE Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 2,550 KWD depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation, accommodation & meal Job Location: Kuwait About the Client: A highly trusted EPC team in Kuwait, with proven records of successful piping projects within the Middle East region. Job Description: • Lead and manage plant piping construction activities for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects. • Oversee project execution, planning, manpower, subcontractors, and quality of resource allocation of projects across the UAE, KSA, and Kuwait. • Ensure compliance with client specifications, HSE requirements, QA/QC standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, QA/QC, and client teams to achieve project milestones, budget , up to completion.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B. Tech or equivalent). • Minimum 15 yrs of HSE experience with at least 10 years in senior HSE leadership within the Oil & Gas/EPC construction industry. • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, HSE audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance. With NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma (mandatory). • Proven experience managing multiple HSE teams and projects across different countries/regions.
