Roles & Responsibilities
The appointed faculty member shall:
- Teach undergraduate courses in accordance with approved curricula.
- Supervise student research projects and academic activities
- Provide professional mentorship to students.
- Develop and maintain an independent research agenda with measurable scholarly output.
- Publish in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals indexed in reputable databases.
- Participate in academic committees and institutional governance.
- Contribute to curriculum development and program review processes.
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional effectiveness initiatives.

Eligibility and Academic Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- A PhD degree in Accounting
- The bachelor's and Master's degree may be in Business/Finance or a closely related field.
- All degrees must be awarded by accredited universities and obtained through traditional, on-campus study formats.
Academic Rank and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a reputable academic institution at the academic rank of Assistant Professor
Research and Scholarly Requirements
- Minimum 8 full-length, high-quality academic papers published in reputable international peer-reviewed journals. Publications must meet recognized academic standards
- At least three (3) publications within the last five years.
- The applicant must be first author on a minimum of four (4) publications.
- Research extracted directly from the applicant’s MSc or PhD thesis will not be counted.

- Teaching Evaluation Reports issued by the employing academic institution.
