What You Will Do
Welcome and seat guests promptly while managing reservations and table assignments.
Ensure restaurant, tables, and menus are clean, properly set, and guest-ready before each shift.
Maintain station charts, cover counts, and assist with guest preferences using the reservation system.
Provide menu knowledge, handle inquiries, and address guest concerns with professionalism.
Assist with food & beverage service when required and support colleagues in daily operations.
Uphold Four Seasons service standards, safety procedures, and work harmoniously with the team.
What You Bring
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent telephone manner and guest service focus.

ما ستقوم به
ترحيب بجلسة الضيوف وتحديد مقاعدهم على الفور أثناء إدارة الحجوزات وتعيين الطاولات.
التأكد من نظافة المطعم والطاولات والقوائم واستعدادها لاستقبال الضيوف قبل كل وردية.
الحفاظ على مخططات المحطات وعدّ التغطيات والمساعدة في تلبية تفضيلات الضيوف باستخدام نظام الحجوزات.
تقديم المعرفة بالقائمة، والتعامل مع الاستفسارات ومعالجة مخاوف الضيوف بمهنية.
المساعدة في خدمة الطعام والشراب عند الحاجة ودعم الزملاء في العمليات اليومية.
الالتزام بمعايير خدمة فور سيزنس، إجراءات السلامة، والعمل بتناغم مع الفريق.
ما تجلبه
