Job Summary

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth seating process. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive first impression and maintaining efficient table management.

Job Description

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
  • Escort guests to tables and present menus
  • Coordinate with servers to manage table availability and turnaround
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area
  • Handle guest inquiries, wait times, and special requests
  • Answer phone calls and manage booking systems
  • Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction throughout their visit
  • Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (reservation systems are a plus)
  • Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous)
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Arabic speakers and fluency in English are required.
