Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to create a lively and welcoming bar atmosphere.

Job Description

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes

• Interact with guests, take drink orders, and make recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management

• Handle billing and process payments accurately

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth operations

• Create a positive and engaging experience for guests

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar equipment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Basic math and cash-handling skills

• Professional appearance and outgoing personality

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
