Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC project sales and business development, with proven experience selling Air Conditioning systems including Split AC, Ducted AC, Window AC, VRF/VRV systems, and related MEP solutions within the Kuwait/GCC market.
This role requires a proactive sales professional who can identify project opportunities, build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC Systems, VRF/VRV Systems, and associated MEP products for projects.
Generate new business through market visits, client meetings, networking, and business development activities.
Identify potential accounts and develop relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
Promote and sell HVAC products along with related MEP solutions based on customer and project requirements.
Manage project sales opportunities and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.
Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2-3 years of Kuwait/GCC experience in HVAC/AC project sales.
Strong experience in selling Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC, and VRF/VRV Systems.
Previous experience working with reputed HVAC/AC brands is highly preferred.
Engineering background preferred.
Proven track record in business development, project sales, and customer relationship management.
Strong network with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners in Kuwait is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Experience in project sales of HVAC/AC equipment within the Kuwait market.
Familiarity with Kuwait Municipality regulations, local MEP standards, and HVAC installation practices.
Knowledge of project cost estimation, BOQ analysis, tendering, and contract documentation.
Experience using CRM software and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
