Procurement Liaison/Transaction Representative

 

Responsibilities:

 

Experience in handling transactions with ministries and various government entities.

Following up and renewing licenses, certificates, and official documents.

Reviewing and completing government procedures electronically and in person.

Coordinating and following up with internal departments to ensure transactions are completed on time.

Receiving and handing over official documents and preserving them.

Preparing, organizing, and archiving files and documents accurately.

Monitoring official appointments and adhering to daily work plans.

Preparing periodic reports on the status of transactions and pending requests.

The ability to solve problems and follow up until completion of procedures.

Representing the company before government authorities and related institutions with high professionalism.

Using electronic government systems and relevant digital platforms.

Executing other administrative tasks assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

 

Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.

High skills in auditing, organizing, and arranging files and documents.

Fast learning and ability to acquire new skills.

Good communication skills and ability to interact with various entities.

Adherence to working hours and ability to work under pressure.

Preferably owning a driving license and a car.
