- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 7+ years hospitality management experience.
- Strong experience within upscale restaurant concepts.
- Ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexible to work extended shifts, 6 days per week.
