Job Summary
We are looking for a fast learner to join our team as a Logistics and Order Processing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process e-commerce and B2B orders.
- Generate invoices using the company system.
- Encode and maintain order records in Excel.
- Assign and coordinate orders with delivery drivers.
- Book and manage international shipments.
- Process return and exchange requests.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
Requirements
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Warehousing and Logistics Systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with courier and shipment booking systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
