Job Summary

We are looking for a fast learner to join our team as a Logistics and Order Processing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process e-commerce and B2B orders.
  • Generate invoices using the company system.
  • Encode and maintain order records in Excel.
  • Assign and coordinate orders with delivery drivers.
  • Book and manage international shipments.
  • Process return and exchange requests.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.

 

Requirements

  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Warehousing and Logistics Systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with courier and shipment booking systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
