Seoul My Soul Co. is a growing health and beauty company specializing in the online retail sale of beauty tools and cosmetic products. We are looking for a Sales & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Shuwaikh.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales, inventory management, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Experience in the health and beauty industry is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a showroom and warehouse environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers visiting the showroom and provide excellent customer service.
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack customer orders and coordinate dispatch with delivery partners.
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure successful order completion.
- Introduce and explain beauty tools and cosmetic products to customers.
- Receive incoming stock deliveries and verify quantities received.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure products are properly organized.
- Coordinate stock movements and support daily showroom and warehouse activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the showroom and warehouse areas.
Working Hours
Saturday to Thursday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: Weekly Off
Salary
KD 250 per month
Skills
- Previous experience in the health and beauty sector will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer interaction skills.
