We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's dining area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service excellence, leading front-of-house teams, and driving operational performance in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant floor.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback and support.
• Create and manage staff schedules and allocate duties effectively.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and implement service recovery measures.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor labor costs, operating expenses, and controllable costs.
• Support the implementation of promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Manage inventory and ordering of front-of-house operational supplies.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, objectives, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all required company and government documentation is maintained and up to date.

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
