prepare weekly and monthly reports.
coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
ensure tasks are completed on time.
support management in daily operation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in Client Services Account Management Customer Experience or Marketing Coordination
Experience in Food and Beverage Cosmetics Retail or Online Business preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Experience managing customer service teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Fluent in English
Arabic language is preferred
Experience managing multiple brands is preferred
