NOW HIRING | RESTAURANT MANAGER | PREMIUM RESTAURANT | KUWAIT
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious premium restaurant in Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-energy, guest-centric, and quality-driven environment.

Role Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within independent casual or fine dining restaurants in the GCC
Strong background in managing busy, high-volume service operations while maintaining exceptional guest standards
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) plus an additional European, Latin American, South American, Balkan, CIS, or Afrikaans language
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop front-of-house teams
Solid understanding of restaurant operations including reservations, guest flow, staffing
Strong interpersonal and guest relationship management skills
Ability to remain calm, confident, and solution-focused under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example on the floor
Available to join immediately or within short notice
Valid passport with a minimum of 2 years validity

Monthly salary: KD 850 KD 900
KD 100 live-out allowance (no permanent accommodation provided)
Temporary accommodation will be arranged for overseas hires until residency is completed in Kuwait
