We are seeking a motivated and reliable Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team in Al Jahra, Kuwait. 

This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in asphalt production, equipment operation, and quality control within a dynamic construction environment. 

The successful candidate will support daily plant operations, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to the timely delivery of high-quality asphalt mixtures for road and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate asphalt production equipment, including burners, dryers, mixers, and screens, following standard operating procedures.
• Monitor plant processes to ensure consistent asphalt quality and proper temperature controls.
• Load materials, manage feed rates, and adjust controls to meet product specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plant components; perform minor repairs as needed under supervision.
• Record accurate production data, temperatures, batch numbers, and quality measurements.
• Coordinate with dispatch and construction teams to fulfill project schedules and traffic management plans.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations; wear and maintain PPE and safety gear.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with housekeeping and organization of the plant area to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• 1 year of prior experience in asphalt production or construction is advantageous but not required for the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn operating procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a hot, dusty environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good color vision and the ability to read gauges, thermometers, and batch tickets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Valid Kuwait work authorization and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
