Residence Co. For Building Construction is looking for qualified electricians to join our team for residential villa and housing projects in Kuwait.
Available Positions:
1️⃣ Electrician
Responsibilities:
• Carry out electrical rough-in and wiring works for residential buildings and villas.
• Read and execute basic electrical drawings.
• Install sub-distribution boards.
• Perform electrical finishing works.
• Install switches, sockets, and lighting fixtures.
• Diagnose and repair common electrical faults.
• Follow safety and quality standards on site.
Requirements:
• Practical experience in electrical rough-in and finishing works.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Commitment, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
Salary: 160 KD per month.

2️⃣ Senior Electrician / Lead Electrician
Responsibilities:
• Execute all electrical works from drawing stage to final handover.
• Supervise and assign tasks to electricians and helpers.
• Determine and request required materials for the site.
• Review and implement electrical drawings.
• Test electrical circuits and distribution boards to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues.
• Coordinate directly with the site engineer and project management.
• Handle maintenance and after-sales service during the warranty period.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in residential villas and housing electrical projects.
• Ability to lead and manage a site electrical team.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings and site execution.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Salary: 250 KD per month.
