About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in the assigned territory and work strategically to increase the awareness and create the demand of the company products. They will be responsible for promoting products or group of products to a variety of customers including Hospitals, Infection control, ICUs, and relevant decision makers in hospitals.
Job Location: Qatar or Kuwait
Main responsibilities will include: -
Ensure optimal and continuous product support on the market and in different institutions.

Improving the development of existing products and support with new product launches.

Achieves sales targets in the designated territory.

Builds sustainable positive relationships with target HCPs and different partners.

Ensure customer satisfaction. Manage expectations, along with improve and expand market penetration and adoption.

Conducts customer segmentation to ensure target customers are approached with the optimal tools and frequency and provided with best-in-class customer service.

Maintains the customer database to ensure full understanding of customer needs to be able to timely fulfil them.

Conducts ongoing market analysis including market, competitive, and business intelligence.

Helps in organizing promotional and educational group meetings, symposia and conferences for doctors and other medical staff, nurses.
About you -
Bachelor s degree in healthcare sciences or discipline

Relevant experience or exposure in medical devices/technology is key
-
2- 3 years of sales experience from healthcare background

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong customer focus & analytical skills.
